Privacy Policy

Loaded Fate is a single-player game. It has no accounts, no login, and no servers of its own. Your game progress is stored only on your device.

What we collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or any information that identifies you personally.

Loaded Fate contains one optional in-app purchase. If you buy it, purchase processing is handled by Apple and by RevenueCat, a purchase management service. For that purpose, RevenueCat receives:

• A randomly generated anonymous identifier, created on your device and not linked to your name or Apple ID
• Whether the purchase completed, and whether your unlock is currently active
• Basic device and app information such as your device model, operating system version, and app version
• Your country, as reported by the App Store

This is the minimum required to unlock the content you paid for and to restore it if you reinstall the app or move to a new device.

Game and performance data

So that we can fix bugs and improve the game, Loaded Fate reports anonymous information about how it is running and how a run is going. This is handled by PostHog, an analytics service. It receives:

• A randomly generated anonymous identifier, created on your device. It is not linked to your name, email address or Apple ID, and it is gone when you delete the app.
• Which screens you open, how far into a run you get, and which dice and perks you pick up at the in-game counter using in-game money
• How smoothly the game is running on your device — frame rate and dropped frames
• Error and crash reports, with the technical details of what failed
• Basic device and app information: the app version and build number, your operating system version, and your screen size
• Your IP address, which is simply how the data reaches us. We have switched off the setting that would use it to estimate your location, and we ask PostHog not to store it.

None of this identifies you, none of it is used for advertising, and none of it is shared with anyone for advertising purposes. There is no screen recording and no session replay — we cannot see your screen.

What we do not do

• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers
• No tracking of you across other apps or websites
• No screen recording or session replay

• No selling or sharing of data with data brokers
• No third-party social or marketing SDKs

Payments

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Service providers

RevenueCat, Inc. processes purchase data on our behalf as described above. Their practices are described in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

PostHog, Inc. processes the game and performance data described above on our behalf. Their practices are described in the PostHog Privacy Policy.

Children

Loaded Fate is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Your data and your choices

Because we hold no account and no personal identifiers, there is no profile in your name for us to look up, export, or delete. Deleting the app removes all game data stored on your device, along with the anonymous identifier described above — after which nothing already collected can be connected to you or to a new installation. Your record of purchase remains with Apple so that you can restore it later. If you would like anything removed, write to us at the address below.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
