Privacy Policy

Loaded Fate is a single-player game. It has no accounts, no login, and no servers of its own. Your game progress is stored only on your device.

What we collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or any information that identifies you personally.

Loaded Fate contains one optional in-app purchase. If you buy it, purchase processing is handled by Apple and by RevenueCat, a purchase management service. For that purpose, RevenueCat receives:

• A randomly generated anonymous identifier, created on your device and not linked to your name or Apple ID
• Whether the purchase completed, and whether your unlock is currently active
• Basic device and app information such as your device model, operating system version, and app version
• Your country, as reported by the App Store

This is the minimum required to unlock the content you paid for and to restore it if you reinstall the app or move to a new device.

What we do not do

• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers
• No analytics or behavioral tracking
• No tracking of you across other apps or websites
• No selling or sharing of data with data brokers
• No third-party social or marketing SDKs

Payments

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Service providers

RevenueCat, Inc. processes purchase data on our behalf as described above. Their practices are described in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Children

Loaded Fate is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Your data and your choices

Because we hold no account and no personal identifiers, there is no profile for us to look up, export, or delete. Deleting the app removes all game data stored on your device. Your record of purchase remains with Apple so that you can restore it later.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
